Alabama's First Observant Lodge

Renaissance Lodge, No. 933, is a traditional observance lodge that meets on the second Wednesday of each month in Huntsville, Alabama.  Wie encourage you to join our time of reflection starting at 5:45 and the stated meeting commencing at 6:00 pm.  We appreciate visitors arriving by 5:30 pm in order to cover formalities. If you wish to visit, we ask that you inform the Secretary of your intention to visit 72 hours in advance, so that we may make the appropriate accommodations for you.

We ask that all visitors join with us in honoring our customs of decorum and dress.

It is our belief that a lodge should be a place for quiet contemplation. Therefore, we strictly prohibit side conversations, mobile devices, or anything that might detract from a positive lodge experience.

Our dress code for members is black tie (tuxedo). Visitors without tuxedos may wear a dark suit or full military dress if serving (active). White gloves are optional.

Visitors are encouraged to join us for dinner after each lodge meeting at a local country club or restaurant. We believe this practice to be an important part of the lodge experience. Please note the average cost of the Festive Board is $55 as this is a full service catered meal including wine and gratuity. Evenings conclude around 9:30 pm.
